This is an inter/advanced Vinyasa Flow Yoga class focusing on balance. The postures we cover in this class include:

Pada Angustasana
Full Galavasana

Parsva Bakasana

This is a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that focuses on alignment, breath and a steady pace of precise postures. Our focus in on maintaining a steady awareness of the breath, and an intention of kindness and compassion throughout, so the strength is balanced with grace. It is an intermediate level class.
