Kapalabhati Pranayama
WARRIOR 3 (Virabhadrasana 3)
Parsovottanasana
Standing Split (hands interlaced behind back)
Pvritta Parsvakonasana
Hanumanasana
Sirsasana (20 breaths)
Please check you feel confident with all these postures beforehand…
