This Namaskar honours the goddess of abundance, Lakshmi. This is part of a series of creative namaskars that can be taken in a Vinyasa Flow Class, the aim is to move one movement, one breath, apart from Ustrasana which we hold for 5 breaths. Eventually, you begin to feel this is moving in a dance between breath and body.
